Roles & Responsibilities:
• People Management
• HRMS (Sumopayroll) Management
• Talent Acquisition for all business units
• Onboarding, Induction and Offboarding
• Attendance, Payroll and HR documentation management using HRMS
• Compliance, governance and HR regulations implementation and adherence.
• Employee Assistance, Employee Relations and Employee Engagement
• Company’s CSR ownership and effective implementation within the set guidelines and budgets.
• Perform general office and admin duties
• Employee Grievances handling
Required Skills:
• Excellent verbal, written communication, determination, and strategic thinking skills.
• 2 or more years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the Outsourcing industry.
• Willing to work US shift and report directly to the President.
