WORK HOURS: 12:30PM TO 09:30PM IST (MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
iConsultera is seeking an experienced UK RPO Manager to lead our recruitment operations across various clients and industries. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of recruitment strategies, excellent client management skills, and a proven track record in delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Generating leads and projecting sales within UK Healthcare industry.
- Pitching Offshore Recruiting services to potential clients within the UK Staffing & Recruiting industry.
- Manage client implementations in assigned divisions of UK market to achieve company goals.
- Evaluate division performance and recommend new strategies for performance improvements.
- Address business inquiries from customers and team members.
- Develop new business programs to meet productivity and revenue goals.
- Business development, contacting new and existing clients to generate job opportunities.
- Identifying suitable candidates for your clients vacancies.
Experience and Knowledge:
- Significant UK healthcare recruitment industry experience.
- A highly successful track record in new business acquisition is preferable.
- Experience in driving process improvements to streamline recruitment procedures.
- High degree of energy, drive and self-motivation to priorities and achieve set goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Expert in coaching and team development.
- Able to work under pressure and achieve targets/deadlines.
- Strong exposure into UK Healthcare market including but not limited to recruiting, booking, compliances, OOH.
Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 2.5+ years of experience within a fast-paced UK Healthcare (Locums) recruiting.
- Good understanding of all aspects of UK locums industry including Compliance, Booking, Out of Hours Support and Billing.
- Has had roles ideally that involved managing teams, training and coaching people.
- Track record of exceeding divisional sales targets while self-billing.
- Prior experience in team leadership/management and or sales/business development (preferred).
