WORK HOURS: 3PM TO 12AM (MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
iConsultera is seeking for candidate “Administrative Assistant” who can undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The tasks of the office administrative assistant will include employee engagement, Generating and managing reports. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.The office administrator ensures smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency
- Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Exceptional communication skills
- Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement and monitor programs as directed by management, and see the programs through to completion
- Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate
- Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment, including computers, copy machines and fax machines
- Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
